भगवान महावीर के सिद्धान्त को मूत्र्तरूप देने के लिये पराधीन भारत में ही जयपुर में घी वालों के रास्ते में ठोलियों के मन्दिर में आज से 136 वर्ष पूर्व सम्पूर्ण समाज से कुछ निर्धन बेसहारा विद्यार्थियों को लेकर एक शिक्षण संस्थान की स्थापना की गई। जिसमें अभावग्रस्त, पीड़ित विद्यार्थियों को स्वावलम्बी व चरित्रवान बनाने के लिए संस्थान ने अपने खर्चे पर ही शिक्षित करना प्रारम्भ किया।

विद्यालय की स्थापना आज से लगभग 133 वर्ष पूर्व एक प्राथमिक पाठशाला के रुप में जयपुर के दिगम्बर समाज द्वारा हुई थी, जिसका संचालन प्रारम्भ में दिगम्बर जैन संस्कृत पाठशाला सन 1945 तक मिडिल स्कूल के रुप में होता रहा। सन 1965 में विद्यालय को उच्च माध्यमिक स्तर प्रदान किया गया । इस विद्यालय को माध्यमिक शिक्षा बोर्ड राजस्थान, अजमेर से सम्बद्धता प्राप्त है।
